Activity Tracking and Cookie Policy

BLUWAVE-AI INC.

GRID ENERGY OPTIMIZATION PLATFORM

This Activity Tracking and Cookie Policy (this “Policy”) sets out how BluWave-ai Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects and processes information about you, the user, when you use the websites bluwave.ai, bluwave-ai.com and other BluWave-ai services (our “Services).

Activity Tracking involves securely identifying you individually and identifying the software you use when you are accessing the Services for the purposes described herein.

Cookies are small portions of code set in your browser that assist us in providing access to BluWave-ai’s Services for the purposes described herein.

Some of the purposes for which the Cookies are installed and Activity Tracking occurs may also require your consent.

Cookies and Activity Tracking are used for the following purpose(s):

1. Access, traffic and performance monitoring of the Services

Upon logging into the Services using your BluWave-ai credentials, our Activity Tracking services capture a unique identifier connected to your sign-in credentials. BluWave-ai Inc. controls access to the database which can identify an individual from the unique identifier generated by our identification and credential management hub. Access to this database is strictly controlled and only may be accessed by senior BluWave-ai personnel trained in dealing with personally identifiable information. While cookies are often used for similar purposes (see below), BluWave-ai’s purpose for tracking individual usage and error logging is to provide you a better experience of these Services. For example, if you try to access a particular report or page and the operation fails repeatedly, Activity Tracking allows BluWave-ai to identify the issue you encountered, to work to resolve the issue and to follow up with you individually to let you know that the issue had been resolved. Other purposes for tracking activity on the Services are to know which pages are most commonly used and how you access the Services (by email link or direct login, on a mobile device or PC). BluWave-ai’s Activity Tracking relies on Auth0, Google Analytics, Sentry and other services.

We also use third-party services, such as Google Analytics, to count visits and traffic sources to the Services so that we can measure and improve the performance of these services. These cookies help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the Services. We don’t collect or store your personal information using cookies (for example your name or email address) so information collected by cookies can’t be used to identify who you are. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when or how you have visited the Services and will not be able to monitor their performance.

We will update this Activity Tracking and Cookie policy statement when necessary to reflect customer feedback and changes in how we deliver the Services. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the “last updated” date at the bottom of the statement. If there are material changes to the statement or in how BluWave-ai will provide the Services, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice on the Services of such changes before they take effect or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to periodically review this policy statement.

BluWave-ai Inc. hosts websites and only collects personal information on such websites according to the applicable Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about our use of activity tracking and cookies, you can find the most relevant contact details in our Privacy Policy.
