About Us

We live in a world where close to 2 billion people do not have access to the reliable energy sources to lift them out of poverty and create a future of fuller opportunities. At the same time, we’re facing a growing climate crisis, with GHG emissions being a significant contributor. These urgent issues inspire the work of BluWave-ai.

Electrical output from renewable energy sources like wind and solar fluctuates throughout the day and is inherently difficult to predict. This results in renewables generation often being curtailed and underutilized, with operators relying on conventional fossil fuels as a fallback.

We are committed to accelerating the adoption and use of renewable energy sources like wind and solar across communities and corporations, to enable utilities and industry to thrive in the energy transition. To achieve this, we use artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics. BluWave-ai’s grid energy optimization platform balances the cost, availability, and reliability of different energy sources - renewable and non-renewable - with energy demand in real-time.

The United Nations has identified 17 sustainable development goals. BluWave-ai's work is aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 7, to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy.

We are focused on supporting distribution utilities, enterprises, mining operations, campuses, net zero communities, electric fleet operators, and remote/off-grid clients around the globe.
